Try looking for it in other inboxes (Social, Promotions, Updates), if it is not there, check your spam folder, if you still can't find the e-mail, try again in 5 minutes or contact us.

Our platform is completely free to use. When a song is requested, a 20% platform fee is applied to the revenue generated from that request. This fee is used for international payment processing and supports the continuous improvement and maintenance of our platform, ensuring the best possible experience for our community.

To access your earnings, navigate to the "Withdraw" section in your DJ app account screen. Just follow the steps there. It should not take longer than 20 minutes for everything to be ready. Once set up, you'll be able to withdraw your credits straight to your bank account in your local currency. It usually takes around 3-7 days for the funds to arrive.

When creating an event, click on the "Copy guest password" and just send it to your DJ. This will only give him option to accept/decline requests for that event. DJ will not be able to make any changes to your account. This way all events held at your place will have the same QR code. Split between you and your DJ is what you agree on.
